I am pleased to announce our new Food & Beverage staff members.
To start off, I would like to extend a very warm welcome to our new Food and Beverage Manager, Mr Anthony Cuschieri.
Anthony brings with him over 30 years’ worth of experience in the catering sector and will be managing the overall F&B operations of both Casinos.
Furthermore, in order to ensure higher quality service and performance in the overall department, Ms Chantelle Micallef and Mr Fabio Canfora have been promoted to F&B Supervisors, for which I congratulate them both!
Last but not the least, we also engaged two enthusiastic Head Chefs. Mr Daniel Farrugia and Mr Darren Mussett are both committed to head the respective kitchen operations, delivering quality and excellence to our customers.
I invite everyone to welcome them on board and meet them personally soon!
Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to Jesmond, who, together with Alex and Mark, ensured – directly – the smooth “ad interim” running of the department.
