After the successful introduction of the Craps table at the Portomaso Casino during the last quarter of 2017, the company shall be offering its employees the chance to learn how to deal the game through its Training School.

The course, which will be paid for in full by the company, is being considered as extremely beneficial to all employees, particularly those aiming to furthering their careers, since it expands one’s overall gaming portfolio.

Anthony brings with him over 30 years’ worth of experience in the catering sector and will be managing the overall F&B operations of both Casinos.

Kindly note that as from the 1st of September 2017, all time in lieu will be discontinued by the Company and overtime will be applicable instead.

This decision has been taken after careful consideration and due consultation, and it is evident that administrative procedures and processes will be improved as a result, benefiting employees and the company alike.

Any accumulated time in lieu leave entitlement can still be availed of until the end of the year.

MEMO -Online Customer Care Office

Kindly note that as from today the 5th August 2016, only customer support staff and employees who are required to access the customer care office to perform work duties (Slots personnel due to power panel and IT personnel) are allowed in the online customer support office. Furthermore, all rest breaks shall not be taken within the same office.

All employees are to note that the customer support office is a non-smoking room at all times and smoking is only permitted in the staff canteen or the designated smoking areas.
